Swimming is a water sports which can be
practiced both in open water and indoors. Open water swimming means swimming in
seas, oceans or beaches, while indoor swimming is done in the swimming pools
either in homes, societies or clubs. There are tracks and fields in other
sports to follow and the same is the case for swimming in which specific course

carried out without any limitation for the age. Males and females of any age
can practice swimming without the tension of any harm to your body which other

as in that; the person removes the stress by relaxing the body and mind.

water.
